Police for the second straight month arrested a 23-year-old Milford man by warrant following his harassment of a New Canaan resident.
At about 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 12, officers received a complaint of harassment following a family dispute, according to a police report.
Police obtained an arrest warrant for second-degree harassment based on a subsequent investigation, and on Sunday served the warrant after Milford Police said they’d taken the man into custody, the report said.
The man had been arrested on the same charge in February following an incident in January.
The nature of the harassment is unclear, as is the arrested man’s relationship to the victim. Police are classifying the incident as “domestic.”
He was released on $10,000 bond and scheduled to appear Monday in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
