The new 2.5-story home at 478 West Road will include six bedrooms and bathrooms, two half-baths, a living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, mudroom, laundry, bonus room, 3-car garage and screened porch, according to a building permit application received March 15 at Town Hall.
The property is owned by a limited liability company whose principal is a Greenwich resident, tax records show.
The new home will cost about $2 million to build, and the contractor on the job is Premier Home Builders LLC of Greenwich, the application said. The architect on the job is Neil Hauck Architects LLC of Darien.
