A 60-year-old Ferris Hill Road resident was arrested for disorderly conduct Saturday morning after threatening to injure a family member, according to police.
At about 8:08 a.m. on Sept. 5, police received information that one member of the family had told another, “I am going to stab you,” according to a police report.
As a result of the threat, the arrested person was taken to Norwalk Hospital for medical treatment, the report said.
Police withheld further details of the incident, including the arrested individual’s name, citing a mental health situation.
No other threats were made during the altercation, police said.
The arrested person was released after promising to appear Tuesday in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
