Police on Friday night arrested a New Canaan teen and 48-year-old Stamford man and charged each with disorderly conduct.
At about 8:30 p.m. on June 29, officers were dispatched to a Gerdes Road home on a report of a dispute between a juvenile and his mother’s boyfriend, according to police.
Following an investigation, authorities found that the 16-year-old and adult male had been in a fight in the driveway, according to a police report.
Both had scrapes and abrasions, the report said. They did not need or refused medical attention.
The minor’s case was referred to the Juvenile Matters Division of state Superior Court. The man was scheduled to appear July 2 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
