The story is told that some years ago a Roman Catholic university in the U.S. submitted to the Vatican for approval plans for a new classroom. The plans were returned unapproved with the notation in Latin, are they angels? The architects had forgotten the men’s rooms. Perhaps the First Selectman would have been well-advised to submit the plans for the Town Hall to the Vatican.
