The spring market in New Canaan is showing “plenty of activity,” says Chris Sigg, a Realtor at William Raveis in town, with 15 open houses this past weekend “and more coming on the market in the coming weeks.”
“List prices have come up almost 10 percent in the past year but this isn’t keeping the buyers from taking advantage of low interest rates,” Sigg tells NewCanaanite.com. “Inventory is low and houses are selling quicker. “
