Police last Thursday arrested two residents of New Canaan following a domestic incident at their home.
At about 5:35 p.m. on March 2, officers were dispatched to a Husted Lane residence on a report of a dispute in progress, according to a police report.
There, police conducted an investigation and charged a 33-year-old woman and 31-year-old man with disorderly conduct.
It isn’t clear whether or how the two are related, what started the argument, whether it turned physical or what prompted police to bring the misdemeanor charge.
Calling it a domestic matter, police withheld further information.
The man was held on $1,000 bond and scheduled to appear the next day in state Superior Court in Norwalk. The woman was released after promising to appear.
