Police arrested a Richmond Hill Road man by warrant after a 19-year-old woman complained that he exposed himself to her one night last month.
The man, 30, is accused of exposing himself through the blinds of a screened-in window at about 8:45 p.m. on March 23 as the woman walked past, according to a police report. The woman occupied the adjoining apartment in a two-family house, the report said.
She reported the incident to police on April 4, and police obtained a warrant and arrested the man on a disorderly conduct charge on Saturday morning, the report said.
The man denied that he exposed himself, police said.
He was released on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear April 27 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
