Police on Wednesday arrested a 39-year-old Avalon Drive East woman after she spit in someone’s face.
At about 3:20 p.m. on Oct. 5, officers were dispatched to the complex’s visitor center on a report of a dispute, police said.
Officers investigated the incident and determined that the woman had spit in the face of the victim after an argument, according to a police report.
It isn’t clear what caused the dispute, what was the relationship between the arrested woman and victim or how it escalated.
Police arrested the woman for breach of peace, a misdemeanor.
She was released after promising to appear Oct. 18 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
