Police arrested a 32-year-old West Hills Road man Sunday morning following a dispute at Talmadge Hill train station.

At about 8:09 a.m. on June 12, officers were dispatched to the station for a domestic dispute in progress, according to a police report.

Following an investigation, they charged the New Canaan man with first-degree criminal mischief and conspiracy to commit second-degree breach of peace.

It isn’t clear what happened, who else was involved in the dispute, what it was about or how the parties are related.

Police said no further information would be provided.

The arrested man was held on $5,000 bond and scheduled to appear Monday in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
