Dawn Kurth, Certified Health Coach and founder of No Kidding Nutrition, is a dedicated nutrition expert who teaches families how to upgrade their diets and improve the wow-factor of their lives. She will be speaking at Toddlertime Nursery School on January 28th starting at 9:15am. Dawn’s presentation, “Move over Mac & Cheese,” is an engaging and informative discussion designed to help parents get their preschooler to eat healthier without tears.

Through her innovative workshops, Dawn teaches practical, common sense strategies that focus on incorporating real, whole foods, creating a positive mindset and optimizing time. Dawn empowers her clients with the knowledge and tools to eat better and create fast, easy and nutritious meals that taste good and don’t wind up in the garbage. Her unique approach emphasizes the food we eat as only one part of health and wellness.
