Police after midnight Monday arrested a 19-year-old Mt. Kisco, N.Y. man and charged him with possession of narcotics.
At about 1:55 a.m. on Jan. 30, an officer on patrol stopped a vehicle traveling northbound on Oenoke Ridge Road traveling 60 mph in a 40 mph zone, according to a police report.
During a subsequent investigation, the officer found marijuana in the vehicle, the report said.
Police charged the teen with possession of more than .5 ounces of marijuana and also cited him for speeding, it said.
He was released after promising to appear Feb. 16 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
