Police on Friday night arrested a 20-year-old Logan Road man by warrant and charged him with disorderly conduct.
At about 8:18 p.m. on Sept. 19, officers had been dispatched to the residence on a report of a dispute there, according to a police report.
Police returned to the residence at about 8:45 p.m. on Sept. 30 to take him in custody on the active warrant, it said.
It isn’t clear what prompted the misdemeanor charge, whether an argument had turned physical or how, whether the arrested man was related to the victim or why police traveled to the home to serve the warrant.
Because the matter is classified as a “domestic dispute,” police withheld further information.
The man was released after promising to appear Oct. 3 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
