I’ll be off for two weeks starting Monday, Aug. 6, including one week of a “staycation” that will include downtime at Zumbach’s and leisurely shopping excursions to Franco’s and Walter Stewart’s, among other places.

There’s no Community Coffee this month, but we’ll resume our get-together at New Canaan Library on Thursday, Sept. 6. Our daily newsletter will continue to run through these two weeks, with plenty of content supplied by our super summer intern, Catherine Gorey.
