Police last week arrested a 66-year-old Riverside man and charged him with driving under the influence.
At about 1:26 a.m. on Feb. 2, officers were dispatched to Ponus Ridge and Trinity Pass Road on a report of a vehicle stopped in the roadway with a man slumped over the wheel, police said.
There, officers found the man and administered field sobriety tests, which he failed, according to a police report.
He was charged with DUI and cited for driving in the right-hand lane.
Police released the man on $250 bond and scheduled him to appear Feb. 16 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
