Please join NewCanaanite.com for its monthly Community Coffee, to be held 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1 in the Art Gallery on the main floor at New Canaan Library.
Presented in partnership with the library, the coffee is an informal discussion about what’s happening around New Canaan. We serve Zumbach’s Gourmet Coffee (thanks, Doug).
Feel free to come late or leave early, as time permits. The main door into the library facing Main Street (up the steps) will be open to admit those coming for the coffee.
Topics for discussion come from those who attend and may include the election of a new Town Councilman, threat of reduced rail service to New Canaan, mountain lions, municipal budget, future of former Outback, Historic District.
We also welcome attendees to share announcements or events involving their own organizations.
