Police last week arrested a 23-year-old San Diego woman and charged her with second-degree breach of peach and third-degree assault of an elderly, blind, disabled or pregnant person.
At about 10:05 p.m. on May 2, officers were dispatched to a Cross Street business on a report of a dispute between its owner and the woman, according to police.
She was a customer there, trying to retrieve an item after the business had closed, according to a police report.
Following an investigation, police charged her with the misdemeanor offenses.
She was released on $2,500 bond and scheduled to appear May 16 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
