Police last week arrested a 24-year-old Bridgeport man and charged him with driving under the influence.
At about 11:56 p.m. on Dec. 14, an officer on patrol saw a vehicle traveling eastbound on Little Brook Road with an expired registration plate, according to a police report.
During a subsequent stop, the officer detected the odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath, the report said.
The motorist then failed field sobriety tests, it said.
He later registered a blood-alcohol level of .110, which is above the legal limit.
Police released the man on $250 bond and scheduled him to appear Nov. 28 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
