Police last week arrested a 28-year-old Norwalk man on a misdemeanor charge following an argument at a Frogtown Road home.
At about 6:27 p.m. on Oct. 20, officers were dispatched to a home there on a report of a dispute between a contractor and resident, police said.
It involved money owed for services performed, according to a police report.
Following an investigation, police determined that the Norwalk man had made threats toward the Frogtown Road resident, the report said. Police also cited the man’s “actions” toward the resident, though they did not provide details of what those actions were.
They charged him with disorderly conduct.
He was released after promising to appear Nov. 3 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
