Sama Yoga will offer a FREE yoga class on Saturday, September 9 at 11:00 am to welcome the fall season. If you've been thinking about trying yoga, here's your chance. No prior yoga experience is necessary. A reception and light refreshments will follow. The 75-minute class will be taught by Sama Yoga instructor Josh Kane and is open to the public.
