The League of Women Voters of Connecticut (LWVCT) has announced that there will be a debate between Representative Jim Himes (D) and Candidate Harry Arora (R) for the 4th Congressional District on Sunday, October 21st.   The event, free and open to the public, will be held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the Clune Performing Arts Center at Wilton High School, 395 Danbury Road/Route 7 in Wilton CT.
