Discover Artisanal Chocolates at Pine Street Concessions on Thursday, October 5th.

The Carbon Chocolate Workshop is dedicated to producing the finest chocolate and confections in Connecticut. Sourcing cacao from across the world, they aim to bring out the flavors of each cacao growing region and formulate unique flavor combinations to make one of a kind artisanal chocolate, chocolate snacks, and chocolate truffles.

Regular and vegan options will be available!

Single origin stone ground chocolate from Belize and Ghana, chocolate hazelnut spreads, truffles made with The Farmers Cow Dairy, hot chocolate, made to order s’mores with milk/dark chocolate or chocolate spread, brownies and a dessert sample tray.
