Tai chi is often referred to as “moving meditation.” This is a slow and graceful workout and is truly the epitome of “mindful movement!” We will learn a series of movements that are performed in a sequence and focuses on better balance by shifting our weight and moving slowly. This class also focuses on breathing and promoting serenity and inner peace. Each class will end with Qi Gong and a wonderful relaxation segment. Come and try something new that is wonderful for your mind, body and soul!
