Kevin and Nick are inviting residents to join them at The White Buffalo, 126 1/2 Elm Street from 7PM-9PM for an “Oktoberfest” Meet and Greet – the first drink is on them! They look forward to hearing from residents about their ideas and suggestions for improving New Canaan. In addition, they will be discussing some of their initiatives such as their efforts and the challenges at expanding and improving train service, expanding infant day care to meet an identified need of young families moving to town, encouraging Class A Commercial Office Space to increase the commercial property revenue base other town, study to remove metered parking in the downtown to encourage shopping in town, and working with the town bodies to bring in a negative budget for FY20.
