A 1970-built commercial building on Vitti Street has sold for $1,150,000, according to a property transfer recorded Wednesday in the Town Clerk’s office.

Hersam Acorn Realty LLC sold the single-story, 6,000-square-foot structure to 587 CT AVE LLC, a company whose managing principal is Jason Milligan of New Canaan, according to Connecticut Secretary of the State records.
Asked about the future of 42 Vitti St., Milligan said the plan is to keep its current tenants in place while its new owners explore options for future. A physical therapy provider and newspaper currently occupy the concrete-on-slab building.
Located in the Business B zone, the lot totals .35 acres, tax records show.
Hersam Acorn had purchased the property in 2003 for $1,644,750 and the building three years later underwent $45,000 in interior renovations, according to building records.
