A 45-year-old Richmond Hill Road woman told police last week that $500 cash, iPod and two iPod Touches had gone missing from her home in October, possibly during a tag sale.
The electronics—a 32-gigabyte iPod and two 64-gig iPod Touch devices—were worth $1,097 total, according to Sgt. Carol Ogrinc, public information officer at the New Canaan Police Department.
It isn’t clear just when or where the cash and devices went missing. The local woman reported the missing items at 12:32 p.m. on May 13.
Police are investigating.
