P&Z Seeks To Address Scope of Activities Planned for Grace Farms

Then-chairman of P&Z Laszlo Papp during a discussion of Grace Farms at a public hearing identified the following “threshold issues” in its approval, including: “Need to address the relationship between the foundation and the church, including foundation activities on the property”; “Need to decide if the ancillary activities of the church are usual and customary activities of a church” and “Need to understand the intensity of church and foundation activities on the property and whether there is a need to control them.”
