The Save God’s Kids Foundation, based in New Canaan, CT, will host its first “Walk the Walk-A-Thon” this coming Saturday, October 21st, commencing at St. Aloysius. While everyone is encouraged to participate, kids and teens are especially invited to walk on behalf of this youth driven movement. On the morning of the walk, you can expect healthy food, entertainment and an exciting silent auction, but also a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Event co-chair Russo, 17, says “This is the impact I choose to make – one that benefits young kids who deserve a healthy future and the potential to make their own impact.” We hope that our guests’ walk away feeling the same way.
