As a certified photo organizer with APPO, Susan is able to help families with scanning their photos, editing their print/digital photos, book design and publishing. Susan also creates slideshows for life celebrations.

Karen Herman has a knack for creating order from chaos and loves to help clients enjoy their photos again. Karen implements organizational systems to solve photo management problems and is certified through APPO (Association of Personal Photo Organizers) and is on their member advisory panel. Before starting her business, Karen spent her career in marketing.
