The public is invited to attend a World Affairs Forum Great Decisions event featuring Seth Anziska, Columbia University. Mr. Anziska will speak on “Israel and the U.S.” at the New Canaan Library on September 22, 2014.

Seth Anziska is in the History department at Columbia University and has interests in the Middle East, US foreign relations, and modern Jewish history. His dissertation explored the relationship between Israel, the Palestinians, and the United States from the Camp David Accords through the war in Lebanon and the first Intifada.

Anziska received his BA in History, cum laude, from Columbia and his M. Phil. in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from St. Antony’s College, Oxford. He has been the recipient of the Boren and Wexner fellowships and was a research exchange student in the Department of International History at the London School of Economics.
