A genealogy workshop for women interested in joining the DAR.

Presented by New Canaan’s DAR Chapter along with Other Local Chapters

Any woman 18 years or older who can prove lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American Independence is eligible for membership. If you are ​interested and able to attend, please bring any documentation you have collected so far– birth, marriage, & death certificates for you, your parents, and grandparents and any other family documentation to show your lineage.

You will have an opportunity to work with an experienced genealogist.
