ZBA Hears Neighbor’s Appeal To Grace Farms’ CO

Zoning Board of Appeals hears from a neighbor and Grace Farms’ representatives regarding the organization’s Certificate of Occupancy. Though a decision ultimately was not reached at the hearing, one neighbor made an emotional plea for town officials to please protect them from Grace Farms, which he said had availed itself of high-priced lawyers through years that he himself believed the organization had been acting in good faith.
