Police on Wednesday arrested a 43-year-old New York City woman after she scratched someone during an argument.
At about 12:25 p.m. on May 22, officers were dispatched to a Burtis Avenue building on a report of a dispute between two people in business together, according to a police report.
The business partners, including the arrested woman, argued over who owns property associated with the enterprise, the report said.
A cleaners is located at the address on Burtis.
During the argument, the woman scratch the woman on her upper back, leaving marks, police said.
She was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.
Police released the woman after she promised to appear June 4 in state Superior Court in Norwalk.
